Emily Graham is a Senior Consultant in the Clear Horizon International team. Emily has worked across a range of international development and social impact programs, including in the energy, gender equality, labour mobility, cyber and critical technology, agriculture, economic development and governance sectors.

With a background in both evaluation and program management across Southeast Asia and the Pacific, Emily has an appreciation of the operational realities of achieving change in complex settings and brings a strong understanding of how to embed MEL throughout program cycles effectively. She is particularly curious about understanding how and why change occurs in a particular context, and is passionate about communicating data and impact in accessible and engaging ways.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys getting outdoors and exploring hiking trails, cooking new meals, reading novels and volunteering with her local State Emergency Service unit.
