Erin is a Principal Consultant in Clear Horizon’s Social Impact team. She is a social researcher and evaluator with over twenty years of experience across academic, government and community organisations delivering projects addressing complex social justice issues and health inequities. Notably, Erin has extensive expertise in gender-based violence and has worked on numerous initiatives in the family violence prevention sector in Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. She holds First Class Honours degrees in the Master of Evaluation, Master of Arts (Professional and Applied Ethics), and Bachelor of Social Work.
Erin is strongly dedicated to collaborative and inclusive approaches and adapting methodologies for community and client needs. Her technical expertise includes participatory research, human-centred design, co-production, implementation science, and theory-based evaluation approaches.
When not at work, Erin enjoys arts and cultural events, travelling, or spending time in nature on a hike.
