Yheizzi Otero the Business Support Officer, her role involves looking after the operations team and involves front office support (stationary, supplies, reception), supporting internal software systems and licenses.

Yheizzi worked in a Human Rights and Public Health non-for-profit organisation back in Nicaragua and recently she worked as a Manager of an online store having to organised home deliveries throughout Victoria (during the pandemic). Having a diverse professional background means she is passionate about sustainability and has experience in management, planning, sales, customer service, logistics and event management.

When not at work Yheizzi loves organising catch ups with friends, going out hiking, picnics and exploring Melbourne’s best places to eat.
